About the role: The Faceoff Graphic Artist is responsible for translating concepts into visually compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs. You play a crucial role in the creative process, working closely with the Chief Brand Officer and Director of Marketing. Your tasks include creating eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of mediums, such as digital platforms, print materials, and marketing collateral. Proficiency with design software is essential. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work is expected.
Types of Responsibilities: Visual Design Creation:

  • Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphic designs for various mediums, including digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements, color schemes, and typography to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all assets. (Brand Guidelines provided)

Conceptualization and Ideation:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand design requirements and conceptualize creative solutions that effectively communicate the intended message.
  • Generate innovative and original design concepts that align with project objectives and target audience preferences.

Software Proficiency:

  • Proficient use of graphic design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry-standard design tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and creativity in the design process.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate visual elements seamlessly into various projects, including marketing campaigns, websites, and social media.
  • Adhere to deadlines and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design assets.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of design work to ensure accuracy, adherence to brand guidelines, and overall quality before final delivery.
  • Stay attentive to detail, addressing feedback and making necessary revisions to refine and improve design assets.
