About the role: The Faceoff Content Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation, curation, and distribution of multimedia content across various channels. Your role is essential in conveying the narrative for the company. This involves developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our overall goals and target audience. Collaboration with other departments is critical to ensure our unified message.
Types of Responsibilities: Content Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that amplifies brand visibility and engagement.

Content Creation and Editing:

  • Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and consistent content across various platforms, ensuring it adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
  • Edit and refine content for clarity, style, and tone, maintaining a cohesive and compelling narrative.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and branding, to ensure content aligns with broader marketing initiatives and integrates seamlessly with other channels.
  • Foster collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content in line with industry trends.

Stay Informed on Industry Trends:

  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, incorporating new and innovative approaches to keep the brand’s social media presence fresh and relevant.
  • Provide recommendations for new strategies and tools that can enhance the brand’s social media performance and maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
